A New Digital Learning Experience for Civic Leaders

“How can I implement more inclusive community engagement practices?”

This is a question we’ve heard, over & over again, from both clients and our community.  And while there are a plethora of resources available for people to leverage, it’s our experience that most public servants don’t have the time to research these resources & simply just don’t know where to start.

Which is why we created co:lab.

co:lab is a digital learning experience for government employees and public servants, where we share best practices across the fields that the co:census team prides themselves in being experts in.

Our first series of courses revolve around enhancing one’s understanding of community engagement & providing resources, as well as use cases, as to how to make one’s engagement more inclusive.  Having more inclusive & intentional engagement is crucial because it means that you’ll hear from populations that are often left out of the conversation & often most impacted by policy & planning.

Our first co:lab course, Data by the People, for the People, highlights 3 key principles for success when conducting community engagement.  Sign up for the free course and start learning today.
