Our focus at Tenwest was on demonstrating how AI can ethically enhance our understanding of customer feedback. During our session titled "Customer Feedback, Ethics, AI. OH MY!" we provided a space for comparing analysis, with AI analysis of customer feedback. We emphasized the importance of recognizing biases and considering the implications of data analysis. This session was all about fostering innovation and connectivity while also supporting our mission to provide insights that are centered around the needs of communities.
